5 phrases I overhear

SCRIPT- "The Customer is always right"

Miley and Riley are going shopping at the Versace store and they run into a price issue with the sales associate Shannon. 

Miley: Oh my gosh Riley I Love this blouse its only $1,000! 

Riley: Girl you better get that its so cute! I can't believe its on sale

Miley: I know right I cant believe it either. I'm going to wear this to the party tonight and twerk all over the place because this sale just made my day. 

Riley: Yeaaaa baby! Lets go to the register girl I need to go nap before the festivities begin tonight. 

Miley: ok lets go girl! 

They get up to the register 

Shannon: Did you ladies find everything ok today? 

Miley: Why yes we did doll thanks for asking! 

Shannon: mhmm yea you're welcome. Well your total comes to $2,935.99 Miley. How would you like to pay today cash or credit?

Miley: Umm no that tag says $1,000 you need to adjust that price. 

Shannon: The tag is wrong! 

Miley: No no no! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Adjust the damn price or I'm not going to get the freakin shirt and I'm going to report you to your manager.

Shannon: Well in this situation ma'am you, the customer, are wrong. So you can get out of here with your cheap ass and I dont care if you report me 

Miley: Well FINE THEN! I'm outta here. I'm gone send some of my people out here on you whats your name ummm Shannon! Stupid ass, you aint about that life. 

Shannon: actually I am about that life twerkerella now dismiss yourself from the store right now. Oh and by the way I AM the manager. Have a great day.

  1. The phrase, "You know what I mean?" is a good one. Depending on who your having a conversation with you could possibly hear that phrase more than you could ever want to in a lifetime.

  3. Vindication for the entire service industry - the customer is not always right. Set the scene up with a narrative description about the location of the scene and who the characters in it are how they relate to each other.
